What can I expect during the initial consultation?
This is a chance for us to talk through where you are and what you're considering. We'll discuss your goals, any challenges you're facing, and what you'd like to get out of coaching. It's also an opportunity to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with students, early-career professionals, and individuals considering a career change. I also have particular experience working with PhDs, biomedical scientists, and international scholars navigating career decisions.
What kinds of things can we work on together?
Common areas include clarifying career direction, navigating transitions, strategizing successful job searches, creating strong resumes & CVs, practicing interviews, discussing networking, planning negotiation, and working through career and other professional decisions. We work together to bring clarity and structure to the process.

How do sessions typically work?
Sessions are conversational, but also focused and structured. I'll guide you through thinking about your situation and help you work through decisions in a clear and practical way.
You can expect to leave with specific next steps—things to reflect on, follow up on, or try—so you're able to keep moving forward between sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some people find that a few sessions are enough to gain clarity and direction, while others prefer ongoing support as they move through a transition or job search.
We can talk through what makes the most sense for you, and shape the work around specific goals—such as career exploration or a focused job search—depending on what you need.
Do you publish your fees?
